Berry Mascarpone Crepes:
Filling:
  • 1 8 oz tub of mascarpone cheese, softened to room tempersture
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berried
  • Sugar to taste
  • Powdered sugar for garnishing on top
  • Chocolate sauce (optional)
Instructions
Berry Mascarpone Crepes:
  1. Make the crepes as explained in my CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT CREPE CAKE.
Filling:
  1. Make the filling by mixing cheese, berries (crush the berries with the back of spoon in a bowl first or chop fine), sugar. Taste and adjust.
  2. Once ready to serve, fill crepes with filling & serve,
