1 tsp ginger powder (If you don't have ginger powder then you can in place use vanilla extract)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl take 2 cups cold heavy cream. To it add 2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp ginger powder and using a hand blender, blend until you get stiff peaks. It took me around 4-4:30 minutes. Now gently fold it in sweetened condensed milk until it's mixed into it.
Transfer it to a container which you are planning on using to freeze. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. To protect it from getting freeze burn, you can cover it twice. Freeze for 4-8 hours or overnight.
