I am really excited!When I was contacted by the Greatist team for contributing recipes for a cookbook, I was thrilled. I have always liked visiting GREATIST and last year when they published my vegetable pot pie on their website, it really spiked up the views. So I am thanksful to greatist in more than one ways and hoping that you all will enjoy this cookbook as much as we enjoyed working hard for it and creating unique recipes for you guys.
In this cookbook, you will find 100 healthy yet totally delicious and doable recipes. Each recipes consist of no more than 8 whole ingredients and takes no more than 20 mins of prep work ! Here in this book you will find totally new 7 recipes by me and each recipe is delicious on its own. No kidding!
