Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
For mango smoothie:
  • 2 mangoes, peeled, chopped in chunks
  • ½ cup
  • coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp hemp seeds
  • lots of ice
For blueberry smoothie:
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup
  • coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp hemp seeds
  • lots of ice
Instructions
For mango smoothie:
  1. Blend all in a high speed blender and fill the glasses halfway with mango smoothie.
For blueberry smoothie:
  1. Blend all in a high speed blender and fill the remaining space in glasses with blueberry smoothie. I liked it without any sweetener but you can go ahead and add honey or sugar if you wish.
  2. Serve chilled.
